This soup uses frozen peas so it is more practical. Quoted from HealthlineMonday (18/11/2024), peas are rich in carbohydrates, antioxidants and protein.
Apart from being eaten just like that, pea soup can also be eaten with toast.

Material:
- 2 tbsp margarine
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 300 gr frozen peas (wash clean, drain, blend until soft)
- 1 liter of broth
- 100 ml heavy cream
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 1/2 nutmeg (crushed)
- 250 gr smoked tongue (diced)
- 3 pieces of beef sausage (sliced)
- 2 slices bacon (sliced)
Sprinkling ingredients:
- Chopped parsley to taste
- Put margarine in a frying pan to heat, add the onions. Saute until aromatic, remove from heat, set aside.
- Add the sauteed onions, ground peas, stock, salt, pepper and nutmeg to the pan. Cook until it boils and thickens.
- Pour in the heavy cream, then add the smoked tongue, sausage and bacon. Cook again for a few moments, then remove from heat. Pour the soup into bowls, garnish with parsley.
