Brewing tea requires the right temperature to first determine the type of tea used, apart from that, discard the first brew so that the tea is clear.

1. Heat the water
The first step is heating water to brew tea. The temperature of the water used varies slightly for different types of tea.
The temperature needed to brew red tea, for example, is around 100 degrees Celsius, aka boiling water.
While the temperature for green tea should not be too hot, around 70 degrees Celsius, usually this temperature corresponds to the hot water dispenser.

2. Discard the steeping water
While waiting for the hot water in the teapot, pour the tea leaves into a glass. Just adjust the dosage, usually 1/3 of the glass.
Slowly pour the water into the glass containing the tea leaves. Don’t pour too much, just a little to soak.
After that, immediately discard the first brewing water, this is done so that the tea brewing water becomes clearer.

3. Brew tea
If so, then really pour hot water to brew the tea in the glass. Pour hot water with circular hand movements. Make sure the water gets on every part of the tea.

4. Pour into a glass to mix
Let it steep for a few moments, then pour into different glasses. This is not a serving glass, but a glass used to mix the tea brew first so that it is more even before serving.

5. Pour into serving glasses
Finally, pour the tea into serving glasses. You can use a small serving glass, enough for about one or two sips.
Tea is ready to be enjoyed while it is still warm.
