Sauce ingredients:
- 750 gr coconut milk from 1 coconut
- 2 tbsp sago flour
- 3 pandan leaves (make a knot)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Sugar sauce. Bring all the soup ingredients to a boil, then strain.
- Sauce. Mix all the sauce ingredients, then bring to a boil in a saucepan.
- Compote. Reheat the sugar sauce in the pan until it boils. Add bananas, kolak-kaling, and sweet potatoes. Stir and cook until boiling and cooked.
- Add durian, cook again for a few moments, then remove from heat.
- Serve the compote in bowls, then pour the sauce over it. Serve.
