Spaghetti Aglio Olio Recipe, Practical Menu with Just 6 Ingredients


KOMPAS.com – Pasta can be a practical menu choice if you don’t have much time to cook. One menu that can be made is spaghetti aglio e olio or as it is often called spaghetti aglio olio.

Quoted from BBC Good FoodFriday (15/11/2024), this recipe requires six ingredients, including olive oil, chili and garlic.

Material:

  • 200 gr spaghetti
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 small red chili (finely chopped, optional)
  • Chopped parsley to taste

How to make spaghetti aglio olio

  1. Bring the water mixed with salt to a boil, then add it spaghetti. Cook spaghetti for about 10 minutes or until al dente.
  2. When the pasta is almost cooked, heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and chilies, cook for one minute until aromatic and the garlic turns golden.
  3. Drain spaghettithen put it in the pan. Stir and sprinkle parsley. Serve.
