KOMPAS.com – If you have young jackfruit, you can cook it into curry with complete spices.
Young jackfruit curry is made from young jackfruit, long beans, galangal, bay leaves, lime leaves, turmeric leaves and kandis acid.
Meanwhile, the spices for young jackfruit curry include large red chilies, shallots, garlic, candlenuts, ginger, turmeric and coriander.

Material:
- 125 grams of young jackfruit, cut according to taste, boiled with 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 long beans, cut into pieces
- 1 stalk lemongrass, bruised
- 2 cm galangal, crushed
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 lime leaves
- 1 turmeric leaf
- 1 kandis acid
- Salt
- 800 ml coconut milk (or replace 2 packs of instant coconut milk @ 65 ml plus water to 800 ml)
- Oil for frying
Ground spices:
- 4 large red chilies
- 5 red onion cloves
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 candlenuts
- 1 cm ginger
- 1 cm turmeric
- 1/2 tsp coriander

2. Add the boiled jackfruit, long beans, coconut milk and salt, stir continuously until it boils. Reduce the heat, cook until the jackfruit and long beans are tender.
