However, you can make your own extra spicy chili sauce at home which is fresher and healthier.
This extra hot chili sauce is made with red chilies, lime juice, sugar, ginger juice, sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, rice vinegar and coriander leaves.
This extra spicy sauce is suitable for dipping fried foods or fried chicken, store it in an airtight container.

Extra spicy chili recipe
Material:
- 15 tablespoons boiled water
- 7 red chilies which are then crushed
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 4 tbsp ginger water
- 5 tsp sesame oil
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tsp hoisin sauce (if necessary)
- 5 tsp rice vinegar
- 6 tbsp oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 cm of chopped ginger
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground pepper
- 1/2 stalk of chopped spring onion

How to make spicy extract sauce:
1. First mix 1/3 of the boiled water recipe with orange juice then stir continuously until smooth and set aside.
2. Also mix 1/3 of the boiled water recipe with sugar then stir continuously until smooth and set aside.
3. Next, mix 1/3 of the boiled water recipe with ginger juice and stir continuously until smooth and set aside.
4. Saute the red chilies until all the ingredients are mixed well and set aside.
5. Finally, add all the ingredients, mix them together and keep stirring until smooth.
