Cheese Fried Cassava Recipe, 2 Times Fried to Make It Crispy and Blooming


KOMPAS.com – A crunchy and tasty snack that you can try is fried cassava with cheese.

For this recipe, fry the cassava twice to make it crispy and flaky. Next, sprinkle with cheese and sweetened condensed according to taste.

Material:

  • 750 gr cassava (peel, wash, cut into 4 cm pieces, soak in water and salt)
  • 1,000 ml of water
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp margarine
  • Enough oil (for frying)
  • 100 gr cheese cheddar (scar)
  • 50 ml sweetened condensed (optional)
  1. Pour oil into a frying pan to heat, fry the cassava until cooked. Remove, then soak again in water and salt.
  2. Heat oil, add margarine. Fry cassava until cooked and blooming. Lift.
  3. Arrange the cassava on a serving plate, sprinkle with cheese and sweetened to taste.
