KOMPAS.com – If you are bored with the same old presto milkfish dishes, you can fry them with Kremesan.
This nested milkfish can be made with ingredients such as tapioca flour, tang mien flour, powdered sugar, and egg yolks.
Meanwhile, the ground spices include garlic, turmeric, coriander and salt. Check out the following recipe for nested milkfish.

Material:
- 4 small presto milkfish, cut into 2 parts
- Sufficient cooking oil
Puree:
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 cm turmeric
- 1 tsp coriander, roasted
- 1 tsp salt
Nest material:
- 100 grams tapioca flour
- 80 grams of tang mien flour
- 1 tsp fine sugar
- 700 ml water
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 3 egg yolks

1. Saute the ground spices until fragrant and cooked, remove from heat.
2. Nest: Mix tapioca flour, tang mien flour, powdered sugar, and water. Add the stir-fry spices, cook over low heat while stirring until thick. Remove and cool.
3. Put the boiled spices in a blender, puree. Add oil and egg yolk, blend again.
4. Dip the milkfish in the nest mixture evenly.
5. Fry the milkfish while drizzling with oil until golden brown. Lift and drain. Serve with chili sauce and fresh vegetables.
