Stir-fried chicken ingredients:
- 1 free-range chicken (cut into 20 pieces)
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
- 100 gr onions (thinly sliced)
- 5 red onions (thinly sliced)
- 7 cloves garlic (thinly sliced)
- 2 cm ginger (crushed)
- 1 tsp ground pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp Maggie’s soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 200 ml water
- 3 spring onions (cut into 2 centimeters)
- 5 large red chilies (sliced 1 centimeter)
- 15 red bird’s eye chilies (remove the stalks)

1. Heat a little oil then saute the garlic, onion and ginger until fragrant, then add the chicken and cook, stirring frequently, until the chicken is stiff.
