KOMPAS.com – Green bean porridge has a sweet and savory taste with a spicy touch from the mixture of ginger and coconut milk.
You can make green bean porridge using coconut milk, ginger, sugar, sago flour, rice flour and skinned green beans.
Green bean porridge is suitable to be enjoyed at night to warm the body, add red pearl sago and white bread.

Porridge ingredients:
- 100 grams of skin green beans
- 1,500 ml of water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 cm ginger, roasted, peeled, bruised
- 150 grams of granulated sugar
- 5 teaspoons of sago flour and 5 teaspoons of water, dissolve
Coconut milk sauce ingredients:
- 250 ml coconut milk from 1 coconut
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon rice flour and 1 teaspoon water, dissolve to thicken
