1. Dark chocolate

Dark chocolate or dark chocolate is considered a food that can make the body fat.

However, a study conducted by a team from the University of Copenhagen found that consuming dark chocolate before eating can make us eat less food.

Dark chocolate has compounds that can slow down the digestive process, making you full longer.

2. Cheese

Cheese can make you feel full longer and is healthy. Cheese is made from grass-fed cow or goat milk.

Cheese from livestock milk contains conjugated linolenic acid (CLA), which is a type of fatty acid that helps treat high blood pressure, high cholesterol and osteoporosis.

3. Skim milk

Skim milk also contains conjugated linolenic acid (CLA) which can fight obesity. One cup of skim milk contains only 86 calories.

4. Orange

Apart from apples, oranges are a fruit that can make you feel full longer because they contain high fiber.

Fiber is also useful for fighting obesity and producing a flat stomach.
