7 Ways to Enjoy Tea Correctly, Don’t Drink It After Eating

However, there are several things you should pay attention to before brewing tea, there is a correct way to drink tea.

1. Don’t drink it after eating

After eating, you definitely want a fresh drink to help cleanse your mouth of stuck-on food condiments, one of which is drinking iced tea.

Unfortunately, nutrition experts do not recommend consuming green tea after eating, because it will break down protein and inhibit its absorption in the body.

2. Brew with warm water

Tea is usually best served to warm the body, but there are different ways to brew green tea.

It is not recommended to brew green tea with water with a temperature of more than 90 degrees Celsius. Brewing tea in hot water can remove and destroy its natural flavor.
