2. Green tea and black tea
Drinking tea regularly can also improve overall health, such as green tea or black tea. Both teas are packed with important compounds, such as catechins.
According to Dr. Barrett, catechins can act as antioxidants that help neutralize free radicals and minimize oxidative stress. This will improve cell health.
“Regular consumption of this tea can be a simple but effective way to support health. Maintaining good health will give you a long life,” said Dr. Barrett.
