KOMPAS.com – Sapo knows seafood one of the popular menus in restaurants Chinese food which can be used as a dinner menu idea.
Shrimp tofu sapo is made with garlic, sesame oil, oyster sauce, pepper, salt, sugar and stock powder.
Meanwhile, for the sapo tofu filling, there are shrimp, tofu, peas and kailan, you can also add carrots.

Material:
- 2 packs of tofu, cut crosswise
- 100 grams of cornstarch
- 250 grams of shrimp, peeled
- 50 grams of peas, remove the fiber
- 1 spring onion, sliced obliquely
- 100 grams of kailan
- 700 ml water
- Enough oil, for frying and sautéing
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch, dissolved in a little water
Spice:
- 4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp angciu (if you like)
- 1 tsp ground pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp white sugar
- 1/2 tsp stock powder (if you like)

1. Coat the tofu with cornstarch, then fry until golden brown. Lift, drain.
2. Saute the garlic until fragrant. Add shrimp, sesame oil, oyster sauce, and angciu if using. Stir until the shrimp change color. Pour water, let it boil.
3. Add peas, spring onions and other spices. Add kailan and fried tofu, pour in the cornstarch solution. Cook until bubbling, remove from heat. Serve while warm.
