Material:
- 350 gr white tofu
- 50 gr peeled prawns (finely chopped)
- 50 gr ground chicken meat
- 1 egg white
- 100 gr starch
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 1/2 tsp fine salt
- 1 egg white
- 1 egg yolk (beat briefly for dipping)
- Oil for frying
Soup ingredients:
- 1 liter chicken stock (boil)
- 4 cloves garlic (crushed)
- 1 tbsp oil for frying
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 200 gr green mustard greens (chopped)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp granulated sugar to taste
Supplementary materials:
- 1 spring onion (finely sliced)
1 stalk celery (finely sliced)
1. Make meatballs by mixing the ingredients until evenly mixed. Take a tablespoon full of dough, shape it into a round shape while compacting it. Put it in boiling water. Do the same thing until the ingredients run out. After the dough floats, lift and drain.
2. Prepare the soup by sautéing the garlic until fragrant. Remove and put into the simmering broth. Add ground pepper, ginger, salt and granulated sugar.
3. Stir, cook over low heat until the spices are absorbed. Add the fried tofu meatballs and green mustard greens. Bring to a boil, then turn off the heat. Serve hot with accompaniments.
