Anchovy fried rice ingredients:
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter (for frying)
- 10 gr shallots (thinly sliced)
- 5 g garlic (thinly sliced)
- 25 gr anchovies (fried)
- 1 egg (beaten well)
- 10 gr sliced spring onions
- 10 gr red chilies (finely sliced)
- 250 gr white rice
- 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp instant chicken flavored stock powder
- 1/4 tsp granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp ground pepper
- 1/4 tsp flavoring
- 1/8 tsp salt

How to make anchovy fried rice:
1. Heat butter in a frying pan then saute the shallots and garlic until fragrant. After that, add the anchovies and eggs, then stir again until evenly mixed.
2. Add sliced spring onions and red chilies, then add rice, sweet soy sauce, stock powder, granulated sugar, ground pepper, seasoning and salt. Stir all the ingredients until evenly mixed and cooked.
3. Remove and serve the anchovy fried rice while warm.
