Anchovy fried rice ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter (for frying)
  • 10 gr shallots (thinly sliced)
  • 5 g garlic (thinly sliced)
  • 25 gr anchovies (fried)
  • 1 egg (beaten well)

How to make anchovy fried rice:
