Dietitian Weisenberger recommends consuming carrots as a high-fiber and filling vegetable. Apart from being high in fiber, carrots are also rich in vitamin A which is good for the eyes.
100 grams of carrots contain 2.8-3 grams of fiber and 7.1 micrograms of vitamin A.
2. Broccoli
Not only does it make you full, the fiber contained in broccoli also acts as a prebiotic. According to Weisenberger it helps metabolize glucose and cholesterol.
The fiber contained in 100 grams of broccoli is 3.3 grams. In addition, there is about 72% vitamin C and 90% water content.

3. Zucchini
According to a 2017 study in Nutrients, zucchini is very high in carotenoids. It is a compound that supports heart health and may protect against certain cancers.
Weisenberger also said that zucchini is very high in fiber and low in calories, so it is good to consume for diabetics.
The fiber content in 100 grams of zucchini is around 1.1 grams. Apart from that, there are also 33 mg of magnesium and 93 mg of phosphorus.
