He revealed that the initial design idea was inspired by the beauty of the underwater world and flower gardens. After elaboration, the party chose colorful flower-shaped lanterns that were pleasing to the eye.

“These lanterns are produced by local craftsmen in Central Java, some are also imported, resulting in the beauty of Taman Raya this year. So, it is still connected to last year’s culinary tourism theme, namely Pasar Raya,” he said.

Apart from stopping by to eat, snack and taste various contemporary foods and drinks, visitors can also come to just take selfies or take photos. Rawanto advised visitors to come after sunset until 10 pm to enjoy the best atmosphere of the culinary festival.

The festival will be held until August 18 2024. As the name suggests, in one place there are around 500 types of Indonesian and foreign-style food and drinks which have gone viral on various social media.

Not only is it viral, but it’s also delicious and appetizing. “Such as maranggi satay, taliwang grilled chicken, konro, rice firecrackers, Bangladeshi noodles, Singapore fishball noodles, sticky milk, Turkish ice cream, takoyaki, gyoza, gohyong, various kinds of durian to food trucks “from well-known brands will be present for visitors to enjoy every day,” said Rawanto.
