Benefits of Turmeric Boiled Water Mixed with Honey for Health


KOMPAS.com – Turmeric, a spice that is often used as a natural dye, turns out to have many health benefits.

Apart from being used in various dishes and drinks, turmeric can also be made into boiled water which has extraordinary properties.

When combined with honey, the benefits of this drink are multiplied.

Here are some of the benefits you can get from drinking turmeric boiled water mixed with honey:

1. Improve the immune system

However, if you have a history of certain diseases, it is important to consult a doctor before consuming turmeric water and honey as an additional treatment or supplement.
