Tofu ball soup ingredients:
- 325 grams Chinese tofu (mashed)
- 1 egg white
- 1 liter clean water (for boiling)
- 125 grams carrots (cut into small cubes)

- Celery stalk (finely sliced)
Spice:
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt

How to make tofu ball soup:
1. Mix the mashed tofu with salt and ground pepper until evenly mixed, then shape the tofu into small balls.
2. Put the tofu balls into boiling water, then cook until the tofu is cooked. After that, add the carrots to the boiled tofu balls, and cook until cooked.
3. Adjust the taste of the soup by adding ground pepper and salt, then add the spring onions and celery. Serve the tofu ball soup while warm with a sprinkling of fried onions.
