For this recipe, boil the eggs first until cooked. After that, drain, then peel the skin, and fry until slightly dry so that it gives a slightly crunchy texture when bitten.

Material:
- 10 chicken eggs (boil until cooked, peel the shell, fry until slightly dry)
- 5 tablespoons oil (for frying spices)
- 1 tsp sugar
Ground spice ingredients:
- 8 red onion cloves
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 100 gr curly red chilies
- 1 tomato
- 1 1/4 salt
- Heat oil in a frying pan. Fry the ground spices until aromatic, then sprinkle with sugar. Stir and cook until aromatic.
- Add a slightly fried egg, cook again until the surface of the egg is well coated with spices. Lift, serve.
