KOMPAS.com – Ginger not only pairs well with cow’s milk, but also soy milk. The distinctive taste of soybeans plus warming ginger makes this drink drinkable when it rains.
For this recipe, prepare ready-made soy milk. You can add rock sugar later or leave it plain. To make it more fragrant, add lemongrass and pandan leaves.
Reported from the book “Appetizing Warm Drink” by Kristiyani Puspitarti (2019) published by CV Kompetensi Terapan Sinergi Pustaka, here is the recipe and how to make ginger soy milk.
