However, did you know that there are several ways to cook potatoes that are considered the healthiest? This method helps maintain the nutrients in potatoes, for example the vitamins and minerals present.

Baking is a healthier way to cook potatoes because it does not require additional ingredients, although some people coat the potatoes with olive oil or salt before placing them in the oven.

Cooking potatoes this way has another advantage, namely that the outer skin of the potatoes becomes crispy. Eating it is not difficult, just add salt and a little butter.

However, please remember that additional ingredients also affect the nutrition of baked potatoes. To make it healthier, serve baked potatoes with broccoli, tomatoes, olives and other vegetables.
