KOMPAS.com – If children are bored with rice, it can be made into croquettes with delicious cheese.
Cheese rice croquettes are made with margarine, garlic, wheat flour, milk, white rice, chicken eggs, pepper, green beans, carrots, quail eggs and cheddar cheese.
Cheese rice croquettes can be used as a school lunch menu for children, served with chili sauce or tomato sauce.

- 1 tbsp margarine
- 2 tbsp garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp wheat flour
- 5 tablespoons full cream milk, dissolved in 150 ml water
- 300 grams of white rice
- 1 chicken egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 5 green beans, finely sliced
- 100 grams carrots, shaved
- 50 grams of cheddar cheese, grated
- 20 quail eggs, boiled, peeled

1. Heat margarine, saute garlic until fragrant.
2. Add flour, stir well, add liquid milk.
3. Stir well until it becomes porridge.
4. Add the beans and carrots, stir until wilted.
5. Add rice, salt, pepper, sugar and cheese, stir well.
6. Add eggs, stir well, remove from heat.
7. Divide the dough into 20 parts, form balls and fill with quail eggs.
8. Dip the balls into the egg, and coat with breadcrumbs.
9. Store in the refrigerator for one hour.
10. Heat oil and fry until brown.
11. Remove, serve with bottled chili sauce.
