Different from ginger coffee, this recipe uses sweetened thick. To make it fresher, add fresh ginger.

Material:
- 2 tsp instant coffee
- 100 gr fresh ginger (grilled until aromatic, peel the skin, bruise)
- 100 ml sweet thick
- 500 ml water
- Pour water into a pan to boil, then add the bruised ginger. Cook over low heat for about 10 minutes until you can smell the ginger, then strain.
- Add instant coffee and sweetened condensed coffee, stir until smooth. Pour into serving glasses, serve immediately.
