- 2 Chinese tofu (cut into cubes)
- 150 ml water
- 1 tsp cornstarch or cornstarch (dissolve with a little water)
- Sufficient cooking oil
Seasoning ingredients:
- 3 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
- 7 curly red chilies (sliced ​​diagonally)
- 1 spring onion (finely sliced)
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp stock powder (optional)
- 1/2 tsp white sugar
- Pour oil into a frying pan to heat, fry the tofu until half cooked. Remove, set aside.
- Fry the garlic until aromatic, add the chilies and spring onions. Cook again until wilted. Season with other spices, then pour in the water. Leave it to boil.
- Pour in the cornstarch and water solution gradually while stirring, add the tofu which is still half cooked. Stir and cook until thickened. Lift, serve.
