- 8 long beans, cut into pieces
- 100 grams of white mustard greens
- 5 red onions, finely sliced
- 5 pieces of garlic, finely sliced
- 5 red chilies, sliced obliquely
- 5 green chilies, sliced obliquely
- 1 spring onion cut into rounds
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 galangal segment
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
- 1/2 tbsp fried onions
