KOMPAS.com – Squid can not only be prepared with green chilies, but also oyster sauce.
This recipe uses wet squid. When you want to buy it, choose squid whose body parts are still intact, still emitting ink, and still have a chewy texture.

Material:
- 300 gr wet squid (wash clean, set aside outer skin, cut, add lime juice)
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- Salt to taste
- Sugar to taste
- Mushroom powder broth to taste
- Enough water
Sliced spice ingredients:
- 2 red onions
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 cm ginger
- 1/2 cm turmeric
- 2 curly red chilies
- Heat oil in a frying pan, fry the chopped herbs until aromatic. Add squid, stir and cook.
- Add salt, granulated sugar, mushroom stock powder, sweet soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir and cook again. Give it a little water. Stir and cook, then adjust the taste. Lift, serve.
