Tasting Korean style processed fish products, there are corndogs and eomuk


JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – Cedea released two new products inspired by South Korean flavors. His name Korean Food Series, which include KoreanStick And Eomuk Bar.

This processed product is made from surimi, pasta from kusiri fish and swanggi fish, as the main ingredients.

Here’s the experience Kompas.com tasted the newest product in North Jakarta, Monday (4/11/2024).

Corndogs including snacks that are usually eaten with sauce, be it cheese sauce or Korean spicy sauce. Basically, corndogs is sausage or cheese covered in a special dough, then fried until cooked.

As for products KoreanStick form corndogs and comes in two variants, namely original And potatoes (potato).

Kompas.com also tried a variant potatoes. This variant has the aroma of fried potatoes, with a crunchy outside texture and soft inside.

When you bite into it, there is a chewy fish sausage that tastes savory and sweet. There is also mozzarella cheese which melts and adds a savory taste.

Eomuk is fishcakes Korean style. Product Eomuk Bar comes in variants vegetables (vegetables) and cheese (cheese).
