Savory Coconut Milk Coffee Recipe, Serve Warm When It Rains


KOMPAS.com – Coconut milk coffee or coconut milk coffee can be served cold or warm, according to individual preference.

  • 2 tsp instant coffee
  • 4 tbsp brown sugar
  • 400 ml coconut milk from 1/4 coconut
  • 1 knuckle of ginger
  • Salt to taste

How to make coconut milk coffee

1. Boil coconut milk, ginger and salt until boiling while stirring.

2. Pour into a glass containing instant coffee and brown sugar. Stir well.

3. Strain, then pour into a serving cup. Hot coconut milk coffee is ready to be enjoyed.
