  • 60 gr butter

  • 130 gr medium protein flour
  • 25 gr cornstarch

How to make rolled cookies filled with nuts:

1. Roast the peanuts until cooked and remove the skin, then blend the peanuts while hot with granulated sugar until they form a paste. Let the bean paste cool to room temperature.

2. In a separate container, shake buttermargarine, powdered sugar and yolks until evenly mixed, then add the wheat flour, cornstarch and powdered milk. Stir the mixture using a spatula until evenly mixed.

3. Roll out the dough using a serrated rolling board, then cut into long pieces. Take one piece of dough, then fill it with peanut paste, then roll it until the filling is covered.

4. Arrange the dough on a heat-resistant baking sheet that has been smeared with margarine, then bake the dough in the oven at 150 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.

5. Remove the dough from the oven then spread with the spread and sprinkle with black sesame. Bake the cake again until cooked, then let it cool to room temperature before storing it in an airtight container.
