- 1-3 red bird’s eye chilies, optional
- 3 red curly chilies
- 500 gr kweni pulp
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 5-6 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 150 ml water
- 2 sachets of shrimp paste
- 4 key oranges
Other ingredients:
- 1 young mango
- ¼ frozen papaya
- ½ pineapple
- 1 cucumber
- 4 water guava
- 250 gr palm fruit, boiled
- ½ jicama fruit
