Diseases like this will actually lead to even more dangerous diseases, namely stroke and heart disease. If you want to keep using sugar, you should choose natural sugar which is much healthier such as stevia or honey. Or you can also reduce its use slowly.

2. Salt

Not only sugar, salt consumption is also no less important to pay attention to. Especially for those who cook every day, they definitely need salt as an additional savory taste.

Salt may be able to perfect cooking, but you shouldn’t use it excessively. Too much salt will increase the risk of high blood pressure, heart disease and stroke.

According to the WHO (World Health Organization), salt intake should be reduced. This is because they found that most people consume too much at around 9-12 grams per day.
