Potato steamed chicken ingredients:
- 500 gr chicken thighs (cut into pieces)
- 1 onion (diced)
- 2 cloves garlic (sliced)
- 5 cm ginger (sliced)
- 300 gr potatoes (cut into pieces)
- Salt to taste
- Sugar to taste
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp mushroom soy sauce
- 100 ml clean water
- 2 small spring onions (cut into 3 centimeters)

How to make potato steamed chicken:
1. Put the cleaned chicken in a heat-resistant container, then add the onions, garlic, ginger, potatoes, salt, pepper, sugar, soy sauce, mushroom soy sauce, and water.
2. Steam the chicken in a boiling steamer for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked and the spices are absorbed.
3. Remove the chicken from the steamer then sprinkle with chopped garlic leaves. Steam the chicken again for three minutes, then serve while warm.
