KOMPAS.com – Have canned tuna at home? Apart from being served as a filling sandwichyou can mix it with corn salad.
This recipe uses virgin olive oil or olive oil virgin. If the tuna has been soaked in oil in the can, you don’t need to use this olive oil in the sauce.

To make it look attractive, you can also add sliced bell peppers, sliced tomatoes, and other vegetables besides those already in the recipe.

Recipe salad corn with tuna
Material:
- 2 sweet corns (boiled, combed)
- 1/2 onion (thinly sliced lengthwise)
- 1 can or 120 gr tuna soaked in water or oil (drain)
- Lettuce romaine or other to taste (cut)
Sauce ingredients to mix:
- 4 tbsp virgin olive oil (only if you use tuna soaked in water)
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1/4 tsp ground pepper
- 1/4 tsp granulated sugar
How to make salad corn with tuna
- Add the shelled corn, onions, tuna and sauce that have been mixed evenly into a container.
- Add lettuce leaves, then stir. Serve.
