Dimas Putra Pratama, one of the founders of Sate Klathak Mas Tanto, provides several tips to make satay dishes more delicious.

Prepare the satay seasoning by grinding it, because the taste it gives will be much richer than spices mixed using a blender. Then, to make the goat meat more delicious, cook the meat longer than usual. This process also helps the spices penetrate more completely into the goat meat.

Dimas himself advised goat meat not to touch the water, because then the smell of the goat will be even stronger. To prevent the meat from smelling of prengus, add a mixture of papaya leaves to the pan.
