- 300 gr rice
- 500 ml coconut milk from 1/2 coconut
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 stalk lemongrass (crushed)
- 4 lime leaves (set aside the bones)
- 15 lime leaves (set aside the bones, finely sliced)
- Pour the coconut milk into a pan, add the bay leaves, lemongrass and lime leaves with the bones removed, then boil.
- Add rice, stir until the spices are absorbed.
- Steam the rice in a steamer for about 30 minutes until cooked, then add the lime leaves. Stir. Serve.
