Many people like to eat instant noodles with rice because it is delicious and makes them fuller. However, avoid a combination of these two carbohydrates because they have bad effects like this.
Many people think that the delicious taste of instant noodles will be more satisfying if eaten with rice. Finally, instant noodles, which are actually a source of carbohydrates, are instead used as a side dish.
However, the combination of instant noodles and rice is not a healthy menu. Instant noodles themselves are actually a food with minimal nutrition. This instant food is also high in calories.

Eating instant noodles with rice means increasing your calorie intake. Both contain high carbohydrates.
One serving of instant noodles generally contains 380 calories with 54 grams (g) of carbohydrates. Meanwhile, one scoop of rice contains 270 calories.
Eating both at the same time makes you consume a carbohydrate ‘combo’. If added up, you can consume 650 calories in one meal with a dish like this.
Apart from that, excessive carbohydrate intake can also trigger weight gain. Excess carbohydrates will be stored in the body in the form of energy reserves in the form of fat.
In fact, the body doesn’t only need carbohydrates. There are many other nutrients that the body needs.
