Cruciferous vegetables belong to the Brassica plant group. This vegetable is also often called the cabbage family. For example cauliflower, broccoli, bok choy, lettuce, and others.

These vegetables are known to contain sulfur compounds and complex carbohydrates which cause gas in the stomach. To be easily digested, this type of vegetable must be cooked first. Consuming it is healthier than eating it raw.

2. Dairy Products

Some people who consume dairy products can feel the healthy benefits for their bodies, but others actually feel bad. This is due to the lactose content found in dairy products.

Those who are lactose intolerant mean their body lacks the enzyme needed to digest lactose. As a result, you can feel like your stomach is bloated, full of gas, and uncomfortable.

If you want to continue consuming milk, you can replace it with plant-based milk products. For example, soybean milk, almond milk or oat milk.
