The vegetables used vary, including carrots, green beans, red peppers and green peppers. If you have other vegetables, you can add them too.

Material:
- 3 chicken eggs
- 150 gr chicken meat fillets (diced)
- 150 gr shelled sweet corn
- 2 carrots (cut into small dice)
- 15 green beans (cut into 1/2 cm)
- 1/2 part red bell pepper (cut into small cubes)
- 1/2 part green bell pepper (cut into small cubes)
- 2 tbsp oil (for frying)
- 50 ml water
Seasoning ingredients:
- 4 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
- 1/2 onion (thinly sliced)
- 1/4 tsp ground pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- Taste to taste
How to make vegetable scrambled eggs
- Pour oil into a frying pan to heat, fry the garlic and onions until aromatic. Add the eggs, then cook and stir until broken.
- Add chicken meat, cook and stir until stiff. Add sweet corn, carrots, green beans, water and spices. Cook until the water recedes.
- Add red peppers and green peppers, then cook and stir until slightly wilted. Check the taste, then lift and serve.
