KOMPAS.com – Want to try making cookies this weekend? One recipe you can try is eggless cookies, the yield can be around 500 grams.
This recipe uses 250 grams of margarine, but you can replace it with 150 grams of unsalted butter.

- 250 gr margarine
- 65 gr powdered sugar
- 250 gr low protein wheat flour
- 20 gr rice flour
- 2 g salt
- Chocolate chips enough
- Mix margarine and powdered sugar, then beat until fluffy. Add wheat flour, rice flour and salt, then stir again.
- Pour the mixture into a plastic triangle and attach the star syringe to one end. Press the plastic so that the dough comes out of the syringe onto the baking sheet, shape the dough according to your taste. Tata chocolate chips onto the dough as decoration.
- Place the mixture in the oven, bake at 160 degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes until the cake is browned. Remove from the oven, then let cool before placing in a jar.
