4. Pak Kasdi’s Goat Satay
Traveling to the Kestalan area, Solo, there is a legendary satay stall that has been famous for a long time, namely Pak Kasdi’s goat satay. This simple satay stall has become a culinary icon of the excellent city of Solo.
The menu offered all comes from goat meat. Such as goat satay, goat curry, goat tongseng, goat fried rice, tengkleng, and of course the buntel satay which is the most famous here.
The puffer satay dish here is wrapped around a bamboo skewer, with pieces of satay meat that are quite thick and large. Then the puffer satay is served with fresh vegetables made from cabbage, tomatoes, shallots and additional soy sauce. It tastes legit, savory and sweet.
