Simple Spiced Goat Satay Recipe

Ingredients:

– 500 grams of goat meat

– 1 teaspoon coriander

– 2 candlenuts

– 6 red onions

– 6 cloves of garlic

– 1 segment of ginger

– soy sauce to taste

– salt to taste

– grated pineapple

– lemon juice

– lime leaves

How to make simple spiced goat satay:

1. Prepare soaking water for goat meat, consisting of grated pineapple, lemon juice and lime leaves

2. Soak the goat meat for 20-30 minutes to remove the smell

3. Cut the soaked goat meat into cubes

4. Thread the meat onto the prepared skewers

5. Blend all the spices, namely shallots, garlic, candlenuts, ginger and coriander

6. Sprinkle the satay with spices, let stand for 10 minutes for the spices to infuse

7. The satay is ready to be grilled

8. When the meat is half cooked, rub it again with the spices

9. When almost cooked, brush again with soy sauce and grill until cooked and the meat is tender

10. Goat satay is ready to be served

Peanut Sauce Goat Satay Recipe

Ingredients:

– 600 grams of goat meat, cut into cubes

– Grated pineapple

– 1 ounce peanuts, roasted

– 5 red onions

– 3 cloves of garlic

– 2 candlenuts

– 5 bird’s eye chilies

– salt to taste

– soy sauce to taste

– enough cooking oil

How to make peanut sauce goat satay:

1. Coat the goat meat with grated pineapple, let it sit for a moment

2. Skewer the meat, set aside

3. Puree the garlic, shallots, candlenuts and chilies

4. Add the roasted nuts, puree

5. Pour in enough boiled water and soy sauce, stir

6. Spread it on the meat that will be grilled

7. Add more spice rub when the satay is half cooked

8. Grill until the meat is cooked
