During the grand opening at the BNI 46 Jakarta building on Friday (11/10/2024) evening, Shilpa, the restaurant owner, ensured that Shally’s Jakarta would present a different and special experience. Not only the taste of original Italian, Thai and Indonesian food but also private service, a simple but luxurious atmosphere and perfect for small gatherings, family meals to business banquets.
“This is the newest culinary place that we have opened in Jakarta, offering a concept that combines original and delicious flavors from Italian, Thai and Indonesian cuisine. So we make sure that the taste of the food is original, yes original Italian taste, original Thai taste and original taste Indonesia,” said Shilpa during the grand opening of Shally’s Jakarta at Wisma 46 Suite, Jakarta, Friday (11/10/2024) evening.
To support this vision, the restaurant immediately brought in the best chefs from Italy, Thailand and Indonesia. Shilpa, who has been in the culinary business for 21 years, believes that enjoying culinary delights is enjoying a different and unique experience. At Shally’s Jakarta, according to him, you will also experience a distinctive and unique experience.
“So far, we may only be able to enjoy food that looks like Thailand, or looks like Italy. But at Shally’s we make sure everything is original. That’s what makes the difference,” he said.
Not just a taste experience, Shally’s also provides a traditional experience of enjoying food with an elegant design and professional menu presentation. Shally’s, the name given by Shilpa’s husband, Shiv Dave, is designed to provide a truly authentic menu.
