3 Practical Unique Satay Recipes to Celebrate Eid al-Adha, Not Just Made from Meat

Chili Ingredients:

5 red onions, chopped

5 red bird’s eye chilies, cut into pieces

2 cabbage leaves, thinly sliced

1 medium tomato, cut into pieces

1 lime, take the juice

Supporting materials:

Skewers

Fried onions

Manufacturing Steps:

1. Puree the goat meat, you can use a fat or lean meat according to your taste, but a little fat is needed so that the meat comes together like a bundle (you can use a blender to grind the meat) or you can just chop it.

2. Mix with the ground satay spices and other spices, stir together until smooth. Then, put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour or more to let the flavors soak in.

3. After letting it rest, take out the meat and twist it with a skewer while clenching it like a bundle. Make several bundles of satay until you run out of ingredients. After that, grill or grill over medium heat. Usually, it is closed so that the aroma of the smoke sticks and penetrates the satay. After that, turn it back and forth until it is cooked evenly.

4. Ingredients for chili sauce: chop cabbage, chilies, shallots and tomatoes, serve with buntal satay. Pour soy sauce and drizzle lime juice over the buntal satay when ready to eat.
