Eid al-Adha celebrations are closely associated with serving various special dishes made from processed beef.
The following are recommendations for special dishes on Eid al-Adha to enjoy with family and relatives at home, starting from rendang, grilled beef with Padang spices, meat cooked in soy sauce, and others.

1. Meat Rendang Recipe
Material:
400 grams rendang meat, cut against the grain 3 cm thick
1,250 ml of thin coconut milk from thick coconut milk
3 cm galangal, bruised
2 stalks of lemongrass, take the white part, bruise
2 turmeric leaves, tied in a knot
2 cm cinnamon
2 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon ground pepper
1 teaspoon brown sugar
500 ml thick coconut milk, from 2 coconuts

Ground spices:
4 candlenuts, roasted
12 curly red chilies
5 large red chilies
10 red onions
4 cloves of garlic
3 teaspoons coriander

How to Make Meat Rendang:
1. Boil thin coconut milk, galangal, lemongrass, turmeric leaves, cinnamon and ground spices while stirring until boiling.
2. Add meat. Cook while stirring until it changes color.
3. Add salt, ground pepper and brown sugar. Stir well. Cook until thickened.
4. Pour in the thick coconut milk. Cook over low heat while stirring until oily.
2. Padang Spice Grilled Beef Recipe
Material:
500 grams of beef, cut 7x7x1 cm
4 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
5 red onions, thinly sliced
2 stalks of lemongrass, take the white part, bruise
750 ml coconut milk, from 1 coconut
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons granulated sugar
1 1/2 spoons of ground pepper
2 pieces of kandis acid
2 tablespoons oil, for frying

2 cm turmeric, roasted
6 candlenuts, roasted
7 curly red chilies
10 large red chilies
3 cm ginger
How to Make Padang Spice Grilled Meat:
1. Heat oil. Saute ground spices, garlic, shallots and lemongrass until fragrant. Add meat. Cook until it changes color.
2. Add coconut milk, salt, sugar, pepper and kandis acid. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the meat is cooked and the spices are absorbed.
3. Grill the meat while smearing it with spices until brown and fragrant.
3. Coconut Milk Japit Meat Recipe
Material:
400 grams of gandik meat, thinly sliced
1,000 ml coconut milk, from 1 coconut
3 bay leaves
2 lime leaves, remove the leaf bones
2 stalks of lemongrass, take the white part, bruise
2 cm ginger, crushed
2 teaspoons salt
50 grams of brown sugar, finely combed
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
1 teaspoon of acid, from 1/2 teaspoon of acid dissolved in 1 tablespoon of water

10 red onions
5 cloves of garlic
4 large red chilies

1/4 teaspoon cumin

How to Make Coconut Milk Japit Meat:
1. Boil the meat with coconut milk, ground spices, bay leaves, lime leaves, lemongrass and ginger. Add salt, brown sugar and ground pepper. Stir well until cooked and absorbed.
2. Just before lifting, add the sour water. Stir well. Boil again until bubbling. Remove the meat. Hit it.
3. Clamp the meat with 2 bamboo sticks. Add pieces of papaya stem for binding.
4. Grill over hot coals while smearing with the remaining spices until fragrant.
4. Grilled Meat Recipe with Mayo Sauce
Material:
400 grams of hash, cut into 1/2 cm thick slices
1 clove of garlic, crushed
25 grams of sugar
50 ml hot water
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
1 tablespoon margarine, melted

Mayo Sauce Ingredients (Mix Well):
100 grams of mayonnaise
1 tablespoon chili sauce
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
2 tablespoons sweetened condensed
1 tablespoon lime juice
Pickle Ingredients (Mix Well & Leave for 15 Minutes):
100 grams cucumber, remove seeds, thinly sliced into matchsticks
1 carrot, thinly sliced into matchsticks
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vinegar

5 pieces of cabbage, finely sliced
How to Make Grilled Meat with Mayo Sauce:
1. Meat, heat granulated sugar until it becomes caramelized. Pour in water. Stir to dissolve. Cool. Add garlic, Worcestershire sauce, sweet soy sauce, ground pepper and margarine. Stir well.
2. Add the meat. Cook over medium heat until the spices are absorbed. Grill until brown. Cut into pieces.
3. Serve the meat with pickles, cabbage and sauce.
5. Soy Sauce Cooked Meat Recipe
Material:
200 grams of brisket meat
100 grams beef liver, boiled, cut into pieces
100 grams beef lung, boiled, chopped
10 cloves
1,500 ml of water
3 cm ginger, thinly sliced
1 sprig of curry leaves, chopped
4 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
1 tablespoon oil for frying

How to Make Soy Sauce Cooked Meat:
1. Boil meat and water until tender. Strain the broth 1,000 ml. Cut the meat into pieces.
2. Heat the oil. Saute ground spices, cloves, ginger and curry leaves until fragrant. Add meat, liver, lungs and sweet soy sauce. Stir well.
3. Pour in the stock. Cook over low heat until cooked and absorbed.
