Liputan6.com, Jakarta – An outlet in Malang is going viral because it displays a warteg-like menu with various Indonesian side dishes in a glass display case. When examined closely, the menu that looks delicious to the eye is not what it looks like, but a snack from Italy, gelato.
In the glass display case you can see various tempting menu choices. The waiter quickly took the menu he wanted.

The video, which was uploaded in April 2022, went viral again after many people returned to visit the outlet which they claimed was a fake warteg. They recently recreated similar content to coincide with Ramadan 2023.
The place is called Koono Gellato Malang. The location is on Jalan Jl. Bromo No.19, Malang City. The menu offered at the outlet includes mini tumpeng, eggs, meat satay, fried chicken and others. There are five packages to choose from at a price of IDR 85,000, namely rice with side dishes.
Even though this is gelato, the shape is really similar to the original. According to the content creator, the taste of the gelato is beyond doubt.
In the video, you can see that the satay menu is also served with soy sauce from one of the famous brands, which is just like the original. Instead of soy sauce being poured in, the liquid was replaced with chocolate sauce. “Fix “You have to try this variant,” he continued while eating satay-shaped gelato.
