- 5 large red chilies
- 12 red onions
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 3 cm ginger
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 3 teaspoons coriander
Manufacturing Steps

1. Boil liquid coconut milk with galangal, lemongrass, turmeric leaves, lime leaves, bay leaves, deaf, cinnamon and ground spices until fragrant.

Add meat. Stir until the meat changes color.

Add salt and brown sugar. Stir well. Cook over low heat, stirring gently until the sauce thickens.

Add the coconut serundeng. Stir well. Reduce heat.

Pour in thick coconut milk. Cook over low heat while stirring until oily.
