Material
- 1 pack of white bread without crust
- Egg white and bread flour to taste
- Sufficient cooking oil

- 300 grams of shrimp, finely chopped
- 1 egg white
- 2 tbsp tapioca
- 1 clove of garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- ½ tsp sesame oil
- Salt, pepper, seasoning to taste
How to make prawn bread rolls
- Peel and finely chop the prawns.
- Mix all the filling ingredients (shrimp, egg white, tapioca, garlic, fish sauce, sesame oil, salt, pepper, seasoning). Stir well until completely mixed. Taste correction.
