During the sacrificial service, Muslims flock to sacrifice goats or cows whose meat will then be distributed.

1. Goat Soup Recipe

Material:

  • 500 grams of goat thighs, cut into pieces
  • 2 3/4 teaspoons granulated sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 2 spring onions, cut into 1 cm pieces
  • 100 ml liquid milk
  • 1,500 ml of water
  • 2 tablespoons oil for frying
  • 3 cm cinnamon
  • 3 cloves
  • 3 stalks of celery, knotted
  • 3 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper

Ground spices:

  • 2 cm ginger
  • 6 red onions
  • 3 cloves of garlic


Supplementary materials:

  • 100 grams of fried chips
  • cayenne chili sauce
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 stalk celery, finely sliced
  • 2 limes

How to make:

1. Together with 1 bay leaf, 1 cm of ginger, boil the goat thighs in 1,000 ml of water until boiling.

2. After that, remove and discard the water to set aside the goat meat.

3. Heat the oil, then saute the ground cloves, cinnamon and celery. Wait until it smells good.

4. Add ground pepper, salt, ground nutmeg and granulated sugar, then stir well.

5. Pour in water and cook until the meat is tender.

6. Add the spring onions, let them wilt.

7. Then pour in the liquid milk and stir until it boils.

2. Beef Soup Recipe with Vegetables

Material:

  • 400 grams of brisket meat
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg powder
  • 2 celery stalks, tied
  • 2 spring onions, cut into 1 cm pieces
  • 1 tablespoon oil for frying
  • 1,500 ml of water
  • 150 grams of fresh red beans
  • 1 tomato, cut into 4 parts
  • 200 grams carrots, cut into rounds
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons granulated sugar

Ground spices:

  • 3 cloves of garlic, sautéed whole

How to make:

1. Prepare a pressure cooker or regular pan to boil the meat until half tender.

2. Cut the meat into pieces then put it in broth to which 1,500 ml of water has been added.

3. Add red beans, then boil until soft.

4. Add carrots, salt, granulated sugar, tomatoes and nutmeg powder.

5. Wait until cooked, then add the celery and spring onions, then leave for a while and remove from heat.

3. Meat Rendang Recipe

Material:

  • 500 grams of gandik meat, cut against the grain
  • 2 cm cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 3 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 60 grams coconut serundeng, puree
  • 600 ml thick coconut milk from 2 coconuts
  • 1500 ml liquid coconut milk from thick coconut milk
  • 3 cm galangal, bruised
  • 3 stalks of lemongrass, take the white, bruise
  • 1 turmeric leaf, tied in a knot
  • 5 lime leaves, remove the leaf bones
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 pieces deaf

Ground spices:

  • 3 cm ginger
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 teaspoons coriander
  • 4 candlenuts, roasted
  • 10 curly red chilies
  • 5 large red chilies
  • 12 red onions
  • 5 cloves of garlic

How to make:

1. Boil liquid coconut milk with lemongrass, galangal, turmeric leaves, jerik leaves, pekak, kaumanis, bay leaves and ground spices until fragrant.

2. Then add the meat and stir until it changes color.

3. Add salt and brown sugar, then mix well.

4. Cook over low heat, continuing to stir gently until the sauce thickens.

5. After that, add the coconut serundeng then stir well.

6. After that, reduce the heat, pour in the thick coconut milk.

7. Cook over low heat while stirring until oily.

4. Meat Rawon Recipe

Material:

  • 350 grams of broiler meat
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon tamarind water (from 1 teaspoon tamarind and 2 tablespoons water)
  • 10 lime leaves, remove the bones
  • 2 spring onions, cut into 1 cm pieces
  • 3 tablespoons oil for frying
  • 2,000 ml of water
  • 2 stalks of lemongrass, take the white, bruise
  • 2 cm galangal, bruised

Ground spices:

  • 5 candlenuts, roasted

1. Boil the tetelan meat until cooked.

3. Saute ground spices, galangal, lemongrass and lime leaves until fragrant.

4. Add spring onions, then stir well.

5. Pour into the meat stew.

6. Add ground pepper, salt, granulated sugar and tamarind juice, then cook until cooked.

7. Add complementary ingredients, rawon is ready to be enjoyed.

5. Beef Meatball Recipe

Material:

  • 500 grams of fresh beef shank without washing, veins removed, thinly sliced
  • 225 grams of shaved ice
  • 1 teaspoon flavoring
  • 1 clove of garlic crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 tablespoon coarse salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon poly powder
  • 50 grams of egg white
  • 1/2 tablespoon fried garlic
  • 1/2 tablespoon fried shallots
  • 100 grams of palm sago flour

Supplementary materials:

  • 5 small spring onions
  • 5 tablespoons fried shallots
  • 3 liters of meatball sauce

How to make:
